Dynamics GP Consultant

Responsibilities:

Perform implementation services for Dynamics GP and related products including:

  • Create and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project or other tools
  • Project scoping
  • Conduct Design meetings and document results
  • Application installation, setup and configuration
  • Application and business process testing and client acceptance
  • Application and business process training
  • Post Go-Live implementation support
  • Obtain signoff from the client on completion of services

Identify software or service opportunities including:

  • In-house or on-site training
  • Dynamics GP modules to address a specific business need
  • Business process consulting
  • Development

Document and communicate all issues using CRM and NextCorp project management software

Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades with NextCorp Technology and the Client

Backup role for Help Desk Support including Application support for products such as:

  • Dynamics GP
  • FRx / Management Reporter
  • Business Portal
  • NextPortal
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft SQL Server / Reporting Services
  • Microsoft Sharepoint

Participate in periodic online training classes held for hosted clients

Assist NextCorp Developers in testing and rollout of new customizations and products

Maintain a billing utilization rate as determined by NextCorp management

Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
